What's the difference between an end user and an agent tier?
End-user tiers (Free + Premium User) are for buyers, investors, owners, and tenants who manage their own property decisions. Agent tiers (Agent + Premium Agent) add workflow tooling only licensed REN/REA agents need — bank/lawyer/auctioneer fields, commission tracking, branded invoices, CRM. The end-user tiers intentionally hide agent-only data so your view stays clean.
I own a rental unit AND I'm an occasional buyer. Which tier?
Premium User. One account can hold many roles across many property units — owner of one, tenant of another, buyer-prospect for a third. Hartanahub was designed for that from day one.
Why annual billing?
Annual pricing is roughly 20% cheaper, but monthly is available on every paid tier. Switch any time from settings.
Is my REN / REA tag required for the Agent tiers?
Not to sign up, but some agent-only features (Commission tracker public profile, Co-broking network) verify against BOVAEP once you're live.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is retained for 90 days. Feature access is gated but nothing is deleted — you can re-upgrade and resume exactly where you left off.
Do you offer student / new-agent discounts?
Yes — if you're newly licensed (within 6 months) we offer 50% off the Agent tier for your first year. Email us with proof of licence.
Which payment methods?
Card (Stripe) for international and Malaysian cards, plus FPX for Malaysian bank transfers on annual plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
What about agencies with multiple agents?
Agency tiers are on the roadmap. For now each agent can run their own Agent or Premium Agent plan — principal-level team dashboards, shared co-broking, and seat management will arrive in Phase 4.
