Why annual billing?
Annual pricing is roughly 20% cheaper, but monthly is available on every paid tier. Switch any time from settings.
Is my REN/REA tag required?
Not to sign up, but some agent-only features (Commission tracker public profile, Co-broking network) verify against BOVAEP once you're live.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is retained for 90 days. Feature access is gated but nothing is deleted — you can re-upgrade and resume exactly where you left off.
Do you offer student / new-agent discounts?
Yes — if you're newly licensed (within 6 months) we offer 50% off the Agent tier for your first year. Email us with proof of licence.
Which payment methods?
Card (Stripe) for international and Malaysian cards, plus FPX for Malaysian bank transfers on annual plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
