HartanahHub partners with Settlers MY and Lelong Hub— both licensed auction-property advisors who help buyers for free. When you click "I am interested" or "Request POS" on a listing, we automatically route your enquiry between the two.
Partner support is free. You can also contact either partner directly via the numbers above — but we recommend using the in-product CTAs on a specific listing so the partner gets the listing context up front.

- HartanahHub email: within 1 working day.
- Partner WhatsApp: typically within 2 hours during Malaysian business hours.
- Data-accuracy disputes: we correct or escalate to the source within 24 hours.

In the product
Logged in, the Property Assistant chat (in the sidebar) answers property questions in English and Bahasa, and every auction listing has "I am interested" / "Request POS" buttons that route directly to whichever partner is up next.
