About Hartanahub

One place for every Malaysian property decision.

Hartanahub exists because Malaysian property data is scattered across a dozen sites, stale before it reaches you, and missing exactly the fields that decide whether an auction is worth attending. We pull every public listing, enrich it with 2.2M+ government transaction records, and show the whole picture on one card.

What we believe

Property decisions — buying, renting, attending an auction, renovating, letting — shouldn't require a property agent's rolodex or a valuer's report to make sense of. The data is public. The tools should be too.

That's why the Free tier actually works on its own: every upcoming auction, every comparable transaction, the cost-breakdown calculator, the auction calendar — no paywall between you and the information you need to make a reasonable first decision. Paid tiers add depth (POS documents, past-auction search, tenancy portals, commission tracking) for users who live in the data every week.

The team

Hartanahub is built by a small Kuala Lumpur team that ships updates twice a day (literally — the data refresh cron runs at 8:00 and 10:00 UTC). We're bootstrapped, unhurried, and focused on retention over growth spend.

How we handle sources

We consolidate data from publicly accessible Malaysian auction platforms and the official Malaysian government court record. For legal and competitive reasons, we don't name the platforms we index, but every listing on Hartanahub is reconciled weekly against the official court record. If you spot a listing where our data conflicts with the auctioneer's notice, flag it via the Contact page — we fix within 24 hours.

What's next

See the public roadmap. Short version: depth for active users (agent pipelines, multi-party property linking, AI queries over your own transaction archive), not breadth for everyone.
