    Every auction card pulls the transacted prices of similar units sold nearby in the last 24 months — from 2.2M+ government transaction records. You see whether the reserve is below market or above, before you even open the listing. No screenshotting, no separate tab, no manual cross-referencing.

    Open the POS (Premium)

    Proclamations of Sale are the legal documents the bank's lawyer files with the court. They contain the exact reserve price, deposit percentage, bank name, lawyer contact, borrower name, and time of auction. Premium users download the full PDF in one click — same day it's filed. Free users see that a POS exists.

    Every auction has hidden costs: 10% deposit, balance within 90 days, SPA legal fee (SRO 2023 scale), loan legal fee, MOT stamp duty (tiered), loan stamp duty (0.5%), quit rent, assessment arrears, agent commission. Our partnering auction agent reaches out, walks you through the POS, organises any inspection the auctioneer allows, briefs you on bidding strategy, and handles the post-auction handover.
