For owners & landlords

Know what your property is worth. Keep your records in one place.

If you own one rental unit or a portfolio of them, Hartanahub gives you a live valuation against comparables, a vault for your tenancy agreements, and a tenant portal in Phase 2. Your agent sees the same data you do — no more screenshot relays.

Area Insights

Public SEO-friendly pages: avg PSF, volume, heat maps by area.

Every mukim, postcode, and popular development gets its own public page with live analytics — average PSF, transaction volume, rental yield, auction activity. Agents use the link as collateral. Buyers use it to validate their mental price. SEO-friendly — organic traffic compounds over time.

  • Quarterly trends. PSF line chart, transaction-count bar chart, rental-yield overlay per area.
  • Heat maps. Visual map of sold PSF so you see the hot pockets without scrolling tables.
  • Embeddable widgets. Agents can embed the "Mont Kiara PSF this quarter" card in their own blog or social.

Property Valuation Estimator

Comparable-sales valuation in seconds, exportable as a PDF brief.

Feed the address or select a listing. We pull the most relevant market comparables (with same property type, same mukim, recent time window), compute the median PSF, and run a sanity check against auction comparables. Out pops a brief that looks like it came from a licensed valuer — signed off by your agency.

  • Comparable selection. We score each potential comp by recency, proximity, type match, and size match — only the top matches enter the calculation.
  • Auction cross-check. Flags when auction prices suggest the market median is lagging the market.
  • Agent-branded brief. PDF output with your logo, explicit methodology, and caveats — client-presentable without a licensed valuer.

Tenant Management

Tenancy lifecycle: dates, reminders, documents, payments.

For agents and owners managing rental units. Track tenancy start/end, deposit amounts, monthly rent, renewal dates. Send reminders to tenants before due date. Store the tenancy agreement, utility bills, and inspection reports. In Phase 2 tenants get their own portal.

  • Multi-party. Agent, owner, tenant — each sees only what they should.
  • Payment tracking. Log received rent + deposit; export a clean statement annually.
  • Document vault tie-in. Tenancy agreement auto-files to the property's vault.

Document Vault

S&P, loan letters, and titles — linked to the property and the deal.

Everything lives attached to the property it's about: the S&P, the loan letter, the title search, the POS PDF, the valuation brief, the commission invoice. Granular share links per-document, per-party (buyer's lawyer gets the S&P, not the commission).

  • R2-backed storage. Cloudflare R2 behind every upload; per-user storage quota enforced by tier.
  • Share links with expiry. Send a one-time link to a banker or lawyer; revoke with one click.
  • Property-linked. Open a property detail page → all its attached docs in one panel.

Notifications (Push + WhatsApp)

Reach agents where they already are.

Cross-channel alerts: in-app, web push, email, WhatsApp Business API. Price drops on watched listings, auction reminders, sold-price confirmations, lead replies. Smart routing by urgency — urgent via WhatsApp, background via email, in-between via push.

  • WhatsApp-first. Malaysia runs on WhatsApp; we meet the market where it lives.
  • Rule-based routing. You set which events go where — never spam WhatsApp with non-urgent noise.
  • Snooze and digest. Weekend off? Digest everything into a Monday-morning summary.
